If you retained the complete encrypted vault and recorded its offline recovery key, use the recovery entry for that vault to reset access. Never send the key or password to the support assistant, email or a promoter. Support has no cloud backdoor. A password manager may help you retain a secret, but cannot reconstruct a missing recovery key or promise recovery of any forgotten vault password.如果完整加密库仍在，并保存了它的离线恢复密钥，可从该库的恢复入口重设访问。不要把密码或密钥发给客服助手、邮箱或推广者。客服没有云端后门。密码管理器可帮助保管秘密，却不能重建丢失恢复密钥，也不能保证恢复任何遗忘的库密码。

A correct password cannot decrypt an object that has been deleted or corrupted beyond use. A small project file may describe edits while the required encrypted material lives elsewhere. Keep the complete vault and a verified independent encrypted backup. Before any restore, preserve the original damaged state and test a copy in a separate location. Ordinary paid access checks at startup and supports up to seven days offline after a successful check. Service failure or a refund can affect paid editing, but the independent file-retrieval entry is intended to let you unlock existing data with your own valid password or recovery material and explicitly extract to the bound USB. It does not grant editing, create a vault or bypass encryption. Keep a continuity plan保留持续取回方案
Keep the actual installer or portable package you are entitled to use, its version and published integrity/signature information once a real release is available. Retain the retrieval entry and instructions with an independent encrypted backup, and periodically test a synthetic restore. A long-term paid-use plan if the licence service closes still needs formal release review; permanent offline paid use is not currently promised.
